For our client, owner of luxury yacht based in Hong Kong, we are looking for experienced Sous Chef with good knowledge in Asian cuisine.
Contract Duration: 2 months +/-1 month
Starting Date: ASAP after approval in interview
- Supervise the staff during kitchen’s working hours
- Produce high quality dishes
- Plan the food design to create a perfect match between the dish’s aspect and its taste
- Maintain order and discipline in the kitchen during the working hours
- fluency in English
- previous experience in 5-star restaurants and on cruise ships
- valid STCW certificates
- valid International and Seaman passports
