Position: Sous Chef
- Run the kitchen
- Ensure the staff has high culinary standards
- Manage food purchasing and storage
- Maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen environment
- Help create new recipes and write menus
- fluency in English
- min 4-5 years of experience on the position onboard Luxury ships or 5/6- star Complex& Hotels
- valid Seaman and International passports
