Job Scope:

Y To help the international passengers assimilate into Spanish Cruising Style in order for them to experience a pleasant and memorable holiday among us. This person is to attend the needs and requirements of the non Spanish speaking passengers. In order to achieve that, this person should be fluent in English, French, Dutch, German ((Italian, Portuguese and Spanish are a plus). Requirements and needs of the international passengers includes all aspects of their stay on board: special requirements memo and manifest, embarkation, welcome on board talk, shore excursion talk, safety drills, dining arrangements, daily programs, menus, promotional materials, shore excursions (if necessary to role as a guide during shore excursions), entertainment and animation activities, TV Programs, disembarkation talks, disembarkation operation. He / she should be literate in computer, able to prepare written informations, lectures and informations talks. The International Host has to possess good communication and organisation skills, and most of all to be approachable and sociable with guests as well as to maintain good working relations with all colleagues. The International Host belongs to the hotel administration and reports to Hotel Manager.
